Identia: facial recognition attendance control
Identia is our own product: attendance and access control with facial recognition for companies and events, without expensive hardware.
The challenge
Traditional biometric systems require expensive fingerprint readers, cards, or turnstiles, and manual logbooks at the front desk are easy to fake and hard to consolidate for payroll.
The solution
We built a system that runs on any Android phone or tablet with a front camera. Employees clock in and out with their face, the system saves a photo as evidence with the exact time, and it generates automatic reports for HR.

No fingerprints or cards: your face is your clock-in.
Runs on a low-end Android
Any phone or tablet with a front camera will do.

All locations are managed from a single dashboard.
Automatic Excel reports
Hours worked, late arrivals, and payroll cost based on days actually worked.
Photo evidence
Every entry and exit is logged with a photo and the exact time.
Biometric consent
Each person's consent is recorded in line with Colombia's Habeas Data law.
